The program allows athletes, coaches, and team staff traveling on international charter flights to complete arrival procedures quickly and discreetly, avoiding congestion in public airport terminals while ensuring all security and inspection requirements are met.

5-7 Weeks Prior to Arrival

• Air Carrier submits Landing Rights Request to the Port of Entry (POE) airport.
• Jetr Global tracks the request submission, confirms receipt with the airport authority, and coordinates logistics with Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

7-10 Days Prior to Arrival

• Jetr Global connects with POE to confirm process for arrival, either using existing staffing or through the Reimbursable Services Program (RSP).

1 Day Before Arrival

• Jetr Global follows up with CBP and team, confirming logistical details with operations and ground team.

Day of Arrival

• Teams board from private terminals abroad.
• Jetr Global team confirms take off, estimated time of arrival to POE.
• Upon arrival in the United States, CBP officers meet the team planeside or in a secure area for discreet, expedited clearance.
