Travis Murphy - Chief Executive Officer

Travis Murphy is a recognized global leader in government affairs, immigration, and sports diplomacy. As the founder and CEO of Jetr Global Sports + Entertainment, he brings more than two decades of experience in international policy and fostering cross-cultural connections. Travis has held pivotal roles as a sports executive, U.S. diplomat, a consular officer in West Africa and South America, as well as chief of staff in Congress. Most recently, he helped lead international government affairs for the NBA.

Chloe Dybdahl - Senior VP, Immigration

Chloe Dybdahl, a veteran immigration attorney and consular officer, joined Jetr Global after 16 years with the Department of State. As attorney adviser to the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Chloe worked with U.S. consular sections globally, the DHS, and the DOJ to facilitate travel and protect national security. She also represented the DOS in arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court. Chloe graduated from Mount Holyoke College where she played lacrosse, and Tulane University School of Law.

David Francis - VP, Global Growth Strategy + Government Affairs

David Francis is Vice President of Global Growth Strategy + Government Affairs, leveraging decades of experience in global sports. Previously, he spent 14 years at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, managing government affairs, foreign relations, and athlete support across six Olympic and Paralympic Games. A former attorney at Paul Weiss, he holds degrees from Georgetown, California Western, and the University of Connecticut.

Rebecca Maxwell - VP, Immigration

Rebecca Maxwell joined Jetr Global after 12 years with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, most recently serving as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Director of USCIS and Acting Chief of the Administrative Appeals Office. She provided counsel on a wide range of emergent issues related to immigration law and shaped myriad regulatory and policy-based agendas. Rebecca graduated from Lewis & Clark College and Lewis & Clark College’s Northwest School of Law, with a focus in Global Law.

Rory Carrillo - Senior Director, Immigration

Rory Carrillo joined Jetr Global after more than 15 years at immigration law firms, including Pryor Cashman LLP where she served as Client Services Manager, and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, & Loewy. She has extensive knowledge of the P-1 visa process and consular scheduling procedures. Rory received her master’s degree from Seton Hall University’s Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations and her bachelor's degree from Georgian Court University where she lettered in basketball.

Tyler Johnson - Chief Operating Officer

Tyler Johnson has more than 15 years of experience representing public and private companies in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities issuances, debt instruments, and commercial contracts. Tyler's experience includes positions as Senior Counsel at a boutique law firm in Santa Monica, in-house counsel, certified MLB agent, and an associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Loyola Law School.

Madeleine Wood - Manager, Immigration

Madeleine Wood joined Jetr with an extensive background in employment-based immigration, developed through her work at Fragomen where she supported a wide range of corporate clients, helping companies navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration. She specialized in both green card and nonimmigrant visa processes and has experience participating in naturalization and asylum clinics. Madeleine holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, where she studied dance, and brings additional experience from her background in the performing arts.

Devin Moss - Director, Immigration

Devin Moss came to Jetr Global after developing international business growth plans for Fortune 500 companies and supporting legal asylum clinics. He was a finalist for the prestigious Presidential Management Fellowship, which recognizes future leaders in government. Devin competed as a collegiate basketball player and holds a master’s degree in international relations with a specialty in sports diplomacy from the University of San Diego. He is also a graduate of Cornell University.
